The Upcoming Show "Small Town Potential" on HGTV will cast a real estate agent and a contractor, The agent and contractor will provide ultimate team to homeowners. In the show the couple will renovate the houses of several people, and will be complement for the natural surroundings region's.
The show is set to be have eight episode, in the first episode agent and the contractor will help a couple find and will renovate a nineteenth century farm house which will have lot of farmland for their child or the daughter. later, they will move to their way and will soon transform an attic into an artist's studio.

The hosts spoke to HGTV about the upcoming show, and it was stated that the valley already is filled by old homes, farm stands, and "mom and pop" businesses. Davina also added that even peopo have lived for their whole life in the valley, they will continue discover new things which they didn't realize existed. She added that any one can discover, pretty amazing properties in Hudson valley, with their imagination, they will be joined by Kristan father, Kristan father Don, is renovating homes for more than forty years.
