Zahan Kapoor full name Zahan Prithviraj Kapoor, was born on 11 March 1992, he is the member of the first filmy family of Indian Cinema or Hindi Cinema, The Kapoor Family. Zahan is the grandson of the late actor Shashi Kapoor. His father is Kunal Kapoor. Zahan is an Indian actor, who mainly works in Hindi films. Her mother is Sheena Sippy, the daughter of Ramesh Sippy. Ramesh Sippy is a film director, producer and actor. Zahan Kapoor's family roots with Hindi Cinema is almost of 100 years, first started by Great Grandfather Prithviraj Kapoor, than the legacy was carried by next generation means his grandfather Shashi Kapoor's elder brothers Raj Kapoor, Shammi Kapoor was the 2nd generation of the Kapoor family to enter in this industry, followed by grandfather Shashi Kapoor, than the legacy was carried by his father generation. So, Zahan is the fourth generation of his family to entered in the cinema. His cousins are Ranbir Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Armaan Jain, Adar Jain, Nikhil Nanda, Nitasha Nanda, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni. Karisma was the first person from his generation to enter in the film industry, also she was first daughter of the Kapoor family, to make her path into the acting career, followed by Kareena Kapoor, than Ranbir Kapoor and Now Zahan Kapoor.

He has huge family circle and extended family circle in the Bollywood. His father is Kunal Kapoor and mother is Sheena Sippy. His sister is Shaira Laura. Jennifer Kendal was his grandmother, she was an English actress. Zach Kapoor, Hamir Thapar, and Aliya Kapoor is his first cousins. His sister Shaira Laura is a set designer. His paternal grand-uncles were the great actors Raj Kapoor and Shammi Kapoor, and His paternal uncles are Randhir Kapoor, Rishi Kapoor and Rajiv Kapoor, all three his paternal uncles were great actor of their times, but now Rishi Kapoor and Rajiv Kapoor is not alive. English actress, Felicity Kendal was the sister of his grandmother Jennifer Kendal, so that's why she is his grand-aunt.

Zahan Kapoor career started as assistant director at the Prithvi Theatre,  same like his grandfather started his career decades ago. In 2019, Zahan made his theatre debut with "Pitaji Please". He made his acting debut in 2022, with the film "Faraaz". After his film debut, Zahan returned back to theatre in 2023 and released the playe "Siachen". Apart from being an actor and associated with entertainment field, he is also a Polo Player, In 2018, Zahan won the ARC Challenge Cup as a part of this team Benaz Corp.
